Award for IT Executive of the Year Goes to David Gray, Director of Technology at OnlineGURU Inc.
The San Diego Business Journal named David Gray--OnlineGURU's Director of Technology--as the IT Executive of the Year in the small, private company category.
La Jolla, Calif. (PRWEB) October 1, 2008 -- The local publication's second annual awards event took place at The Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines to honor more than 80 finalists. Among those honored by the SDBJ were Chief Information Officers, Chief Technology Officers and Directors of Technology of IT in 13 categories. Hundreds of IT professionals from all over the city attended the ceremony, including members of Gray's Product Development and IT department and fellow coworkers.
OnlineGURU nominated Gray for his leadership and enthusiasm to blaze new trails in the Web space. His largest contribution to the company in 2009 has been his positive impact on OG's flagship site DMV.ORG. As the Unofficial Guide to the DMV in 50 states, DMV.ORG sees more than 45 million users each year and covers thousands of driver-related topics.
