OnlineGURU’s DMV.ORG Launches New Driver’s License Section with Time-Saving Technology

San Diego, Calif. July 21, 2011 -- Today OnlineGURU launched new, time-saving features for driver’s license applicants on its flagship site DMV.ORG. The company’s innovative team also built this section of the site as a Facebook application, allowing for smooth integration with the social network.

User feedback prompted the new section, which offers the online community an easy-to-complete driver’s license checklist. OnlineGURU’s Director of Product Development and Delivery David Gray says the new features are just what drivers have been asking for. “Bouncing through the documents, sites, classes and tests is confusing when you are getting your drivers license. It’s no wonder that people have questions regarding ages, restrictions and requirements among others. We built an application that covers every state in five easy steps.” Gray stated.

DMV.ORG visitors can also register online for a custom checklist. The site even displays when users have completed a step on the path to getting a new license. Each step earns these drivers a badge, and then advances them to the next task on the checklist.

DMV.ORG has been simplifying the lives of the online community since 1999. In recent years, OnlineGURU has opened its ears to the feedback of millions and created innovative solutions for everyday DMV-related business. The result has been a growing population of well-informed drivers. In fact, DMV.ORG sees more than 60 million visitors per year.

The company and its team of Gurus have many more initiatives lined up for the coming year. To keep up with its latest innovations, follow the OG Team and DMV.ORG on Twitter, or Like the Gurus and DMV.ORG on Facebook.
